what’s up mike this is Stephen Edmond Jr. does this also pertain to deep voice singers also?
Awesome video man. Really helps!
Love this! Allowing the body to teach you via the trill (instead of trying to force your voice somewhere it doesn’t want to go) is such a valuable insight.
MIKE! You the realest mvp man… This advice is on point. But one thing though, how do you get the lip roll to spin freely on those notes? For instance, if I try to do the let me love you melody, my roll braks in to falsetto and my throat gets scratchy.
i tried this exercise but i seem to go into the same breathy falsetto tone when going high so when i sing an open vowel like O or AH it sounds the same breathy falsetto not a mixed voice like yours, what seems to be the issue here?
Excellent! I will try !! đ G
Definitely have heard this lesson before – both in the courses as well as i believe in erics channel – but great thing i haven’t practiced it much! so it serves as a reminder. One thing that scares me a bit from lip rolls – is that i find if i have a lot of resonance and such before hand – often the lip roll kind of reduces that resonance sometimes significantly – and it’s kind of annoying because resonance sounds awesome lol.
Mike, your videos are changing my life! Thanks to you and Eric for sharing these valuable exercises đ
