This four part Singing Lesson video series for all the singers out there who are interested in how to sing from the diaphragm. You should do the exercises in this voice lesson every day for a week or until you can feel the results I describe in this video.

  1. I’m 13 and almost fainted at the 35 second mark, but finally did it and was
    chuffed (for all Americans out there that means happy) and then he said 40
    seconds I was like dude!! seriously!!

  2. Is it normal for the “hiss” to become a little softer the longer you go?
    Because I kinda can’t hear my own hiss when i reach past 35 seconds….

    Ok, I am 10 yrs old. I was so close to 40 seconds! I only had 3 seconds
    left. And I did exactly what you told me to do. Is that ok for a ten hear

    out of breath, to later find out that my video was buffering. FML

  9. try again later or tomorroe, then go over the stomach, back, and ribs first
    then 360 then this again. it’ll get easier once you get batter at the 360

  10. Hello Eric, Thank you for sharing your video. My question is if I do the 40
    sec exercise 3 times daily, do I still have to do the separate ones you
    demonstrated in the first part? Also this exercise is easy for me, still my
    voice gets very hoarse a few seconds when I sing. It really strains. Any
    remedy? Once again, many thanks. Really appreciate your generosity.
