  1. Hey thanks for sharing videos
    I have founded on internet a breathing controll exercise consisting in inhaling for 8 seconds, holding for 32 seconds, exhaling for 16 and holding par the buttom of the exhale for 16.
    Do you think that’s a good exercise?
