  1. I like your broadway sound. You’ve got it down. Nice job. I am trying to get my flute to modulate like a broadway voice and your voice does it perfectly. Truth be known, I can’t sing to save my ass.

Gee, it’s so sad that you have to actually APOLOGIZE for singing a quote “religious song” God Forbid! Why should you HAVE to apologize fo it? While It’s true that not everyone is “religious” some of us, are. Thanks for insulting us and our music genre.

  3. good advise Lady J, would you consider visiting India to take lessons.. ? there are many aspiring singers in the big cities of this country and music conservatories and vocal singing schools that teach western music singing are much in demand here..

  4. @TheSubwaysurfer a little touchy…for an off the cuff comment..

You are right..she shouldnt need to apologize.mbut she doesnt seem like a disingenuous person.

@xpez I admit I am touchy about it. It’s not an off the cuff comment on my part. I’m a Believer in Christ, a Christ follower, a Christian. And I happen to sing and Love this music. It’s uplifting, transcendent, and beautiful written. The music has a rich history that is ancient. If you are an instructor teaching and dont like the song, re edit the vid and perform something else. It’s OK to NOT “like it” but DONT apologize on air! WHAT/WHO are you apologizing TO?? And WHY?? that’s my point.

@xpez No she doesn’t seem ingenuous. She DOES seem nice. I learned something from her instruction. Im not making a commentary on her PERSON HOOD or her vocal ability.

  7. @TheSubwaysurfer i don’t think she’s trying to insult religious music, she was trying to demonstrate and maybe a few of the people watching this video wouldn’t be singing religious music. It wouldn’t have been a very helpful demonstration for them…
    chill >.<

@AbbiLikesCake Any time you apologize for saying something , it’s usually because you’re sorry you said it knowing you might have offended someone. Thats why we’re taught to apologize as children, and its kind of a rule, so excuse me, I dont “need to chill” Im not angry, only expressing an observation that is valid. As for her not trying to insult , quote, “religios music” she DID insult it, It may have been unintentional , but my point still stands.

@imitolo Er… ok this is gotten out of hand. Listen, SHE”S the one who apologiaed for singing a “religious song” I was obviously reacting to THAT. You dont really have a point here, outside of wanting to argue with Me. in which case, Im done. She had a beautiful voice. no one said anything about “singing to the devel” again, IM just reacting to what SHE said. Im sure you want the last word, so go ahead and make it…
