  1. scope never touches the chords. Sorry. Sarah, you obviously, don’t like my videos. I’m wondering why you comment on so many of them. Are you suggesting that I’d don’t have anything right? I think we’ll just have to agree to disagree. I promise not to negatively comment on your videos if you have any. Thanks for your input.

  2. My doctor told me to keep smoking. I wanted to quit, but he said I had to continue.. No, I’m joking of course. Great video, and I didn’t know that about dairy products.

@sewermouth i do will young smokes, freddy mercury smoked and maddona all smoke so i ve heard and many more i think it depends how much and how fit u are i mean freddy mercury was very energetic even when he was ill he could sing its all on fate what happens to ur voice i mean miley cyrus is gting one i heard and shes young fresh and i dont think she does smoke mostly screaming ruins ur voice from what i heard and not singing properly if u always warm up and do it properly

  4. Yeah, that can be true, but with time, smoking will show its horrible consequences. it’s just a matter of time. Maybe some people are more resistant to the damages and take longer to have their voice harmed.

  5. If you really love singing!! Don’t Smoke!! Last weekend I smoked about a pack after 2 years without smoking, and I can really hear a big difference, even when I’m just warming up ! So Don’t do it.

  6. Ive been smoking 2 years and at first it gave my voice a cool rasp and i thought sounded better after i smoked a cigarette. now, I feel it has weekend my voice and has not allowed it to progress. if i quite today, will my voice come back to its original state? or have I made permanent damage?

This may be the most irresponsible video I have ever seen on voice training. Your body is your instrument and you need to treat it with respect in every manner. To downplay the harmful effects of smoking is so unbelievable. Reinke’s Space, the area between the vocal ligament and the overlaying mucus that creates the vibration of the vocals cords get damaged from even the shortest term smoking. Smoking can cause vocal fold irritation, reflux, and lead to long-term misuse of the voice and result in numerous vocal dysfunctions and disorders – including cancer. Take a picture now and a year later? No, STOP SMOKING. NOW. End of story. Period.
