Singing Lesson Agility Exercise for Soprano Range

By request! A listener wrote in asking about some exercises for singing runs or riffs and I wrote this exercise and video for it. Utilizing skips, scales, and repetitive patterns, the exercise spans an octave range and moves through enough key areas to go through one’s break. The exercise also utilizes some different vowel patterns as well. Enjoy! Learn more at:

do you have any exercises that exercises how to do runs with lots of high pitches with short notes (for example like the notes in the Kyrie in Mozart’s Requiem and solos of similar style)?

  4. It has been over ten years since I sang in choir. I’ve sang both Soprano and Alto 2 parts. I loved singing in choir and taking private voice lessons. I found your lessons and I feel amazing after going through them. Thank you so much!
