  1. Hello friends,
Thanks for checking out this lesson, I hope that you will head over to and support Chelsea Mitchell’s music. In addition to this tutorial, you can expect a full break down of “Crazy” to be added shortly. Keep checking in! -Rob

  2. Great guitar work as usual. Wasn’t sure what to expect from singer with this song. I’m old enough to remember the original with Patsy Cline. Chelsea did a fantastic job. What a voice. Gave me goosebumps !

    1. Hey Harris, thanks for taking the time to comment, I’m so glad you enjoyed Chelsea’s performance. She had some big shoes to fill and Bb is quite low for her, but I agree, she nailed it!

    1. Hey Sujaya, thank you very much, it’s always great to hear from you. Enjoy your practice and let me know if you have a request!

    2. I was going through you lessons for Bridge over troubled waters, I hope to see your lesson to this classic marvel plz, looks like its bit tough…going through the vocals n practicing the barre chords

    1. Yeah, stunning right? I’ll be sure to have her back soon, and in the meantime you can expect another lesson on “Crazy.”

    1. Glad you’re enjoying this, thanks for taking the time to comment. Please share if you have a chance and be sure to check out Chelsea’s original music, it’s INCREDIBLE.

    1. I was just reading about the details of her death, and it’s incredibly sad. Seems to me the pilots were very foolish and unprepared to fly that day.

  3. Man I really appreciate your work on swiflessons but let me say Chelsea is simply fantastic! So at ease at singing in a “back in the days mood” Bravooooooo!!

    1. Thanks for the positive feedback! It was a real honor to jam with Chelsea, who is one of my favorite Philadelphia based artist. Expect her back soon and be sure to check out her site

    1. So, I checked out some of Chelsea’s stuff @DirtyDoll House. I liked what I heard there but, I have to say that I preferred listening to this, as she sings using a lower register than her normal works, and I like that better, just saying that’s MY preference.

    2. Good observation, Chelsea isn’t use to singing this far down, and had reservations, but I think she sounded great. Keep digging through her catalog though, she’s got tons of great stuff. Thanks for taking the time!

  4. Wow! Chelsea owned it! I was in the U.S. Army when Patsy’s version was released. Really brought back some memories. The lesson was just as awesome!

  5. Takin’ a walk in Patsy Cline’s shoes takes some guts ! Wow, What an EXCELLENT job !!!! Damn girl, you can sing !!! Excellent guitar work !!

  6. Great job. She is as talented as she is cute. Fantastic voice. Of course you did a fantastic job with guitar just like you always do. Thanks to you both.

    1. Hey Dave, we really appreciate your feedback, thanks for taking the time to offer some encouraging words. Check back soon for our follow up video on “Crazy.”

    1. Thank you Allan, that means a lot, and I’m sure Chelsea will be ecstatic to receive that feedback. Enjoy your practice!

  7. Terrific video Rob. Chelsea’s voice is phenomenal.
One of my all-time favorite country tunes, which, thanks to you, I can now give it a go.
