That’s exactly my problem with vowel modification. I’m from Europe, English is not my native language (though I’m singing in English) and those modifications do not make any sense to me. The course I’ve bought literally mentioned it as a cornerstone and I can’t move forward without learning them flawlessly. Rather than learning those words I try to match the sound – I always try to narrow my voice (lose some “weight”) and focus more on resonance as I go higher. The vowel then changes naturally. So would you say it is a good approach? Thanks again for great content Kegan. Love it.
