Thanks for this video. Question: Am I supposed to go through all these
scales without “flipping” my voice over (I guess that’s falsetto?)? I can
very easily if I support very well.
What kind, if any physical exercise do you do for your lower /low abs…?
Jeff, i am really glad to have chanced upon these vidoes. They have really
been very helpful to me. God bless you.
Thank you again.
Love this, thank you!
Thanks so much for making this video! Do you plan on making anything in an
even higher range for warming up? (Most of my audition pieces go up to a
C6…this still feels low…) Thanks so much!
a bit low for a soprano
This video helped me polish my lower range. Am now using it as a reference
for various ailments :)
THAT WAS AN AWESOME WARM UP!!! Thank you so much!!
I love this warm up, thank you so much. I am in a transition right now,
getting work done in the house. I am unable to take lessons, but every now
and then I come back to it. I find your videos very helpful for my needs.
In my job I talk all day long, warm ups and singing helps to keep my voice
healthy. Eventually, when my work gets done, I would like to connect with
you again trough skype. Thanks again for your generosity.
I don’t understand the purpose of the lip trill. All it seems to do is keep
my throat closed and tickles my nose. Could you please explain the theory
behind the theory of the lip trill?
I absolutely love these videos, and they’re great for quick exercises to
keep me on my toes! The only problem is that even the highest that you ever
go is still way down in the middle of my range. Would you be open to making
any videos with higher exercises? Or do you know of any other videos that
have higher ranges?
Hey Karmen, for some reason I couldn’t reply directly to your comment.
Consider giving this one a try:
All the best!
Jeff
I´m a profesional opera singer, and love your warm-up videos. I find them
extremely helpful to get going when I practice without my pianist. Thank
you so much for posting them!
How about an even higher range? Like super soprano range warm up where you
go to E above high C?
Jeff you are awesome! Thanks for everything

If you can change your speaking voice to be higher or lower – for example to pretend to be speaking as a woman if you’re a man, or vice-versa – then you know you have some control over your pitch.
