Finally a good vídeo about that on youtube! Thank you!

  2. how come u left mariah carey out of it, she really popularized the breathy
    sound for modern singers

  3. Jeannie, please tell me how often I can sing this way – should I still use
breathy tones sparingly or can I use them as long and as often as I want? I
want to make it clear that I would like to be able to have enough power to
sing without a microphone. Can using breathy tones often damage my
    resonance?

Thank you so much you have really helped me with the work that I’m doing
right now I’m so excited to have found you! As soon as I tried the exercise
I was able to maintain my note with a breathy sound much longer! Thank you
    again!

“I’m singing breathyyy and a little gravelly…” that made me giggle, I’m
sold! subscribing! and THANK you for posting this. when i first started
voice lessons at 15 yrs old, i had a very light, breathy, weak voice. now
its strong and loud but occasionally i want a stylistic breathy sound and
its really hard to find advice on that!

    No Mariah’s mention?

If you want to learn how to sing and specially how does breathy tone sound
like, you should listen to Mariah Carey.
