  1. I was told I had a nice voice but am tone death so I haven’t sang since, in
public. I like to sing but for some reason I cannot (apparently) hear the
    tune?

  2. Hey Eric why if your voice range is limited and going beyond your range
hurts your voice doing these. I’m a baritone and I try going higher but it
hurts my voice with the lip roles I mean

  3. I cannot do lip rolls. My lips are very small and thin and my face just
    won’t do it….what can I do instead?

  4. If you are having trouble lip rolling, all you have to do is gently
sandwich the insides of your cheeks between your teeth, then lip rolls are
easy. You won’t need to poke your jowls with your fingers.

  5. i will try to add these practices on my agenda every other day. has anyone
been practicing daily? does it help on the long run? or is this a warmup
    for prior to singing?

  6. These are some of the best vocal instruction videos on YouTube. I wish I
could have lessons from this guy, but I live on the wrong side of the
    atlantic.

  7. I sang in choir for years. I never understood our exercises and honestly
was no good. But I love to sing and have stuck to it wherever socially
    appropriate.

These videos have clarified so much for me. Can’t wait to bust out my new
    skills at karaoke.

  8. Great vocal warm up. Thank you for this!
It feels natural to sing after this 🙂 Did you make these up yourself?

  9. As someone who loves presentation and Ted Talks, you are really good. I
love playing the guitar and you’ve now inspired me to also learn singing.
    Thank you

  10. Thank you for the help! I played the French horn as a child and it’s great
to work on the lip roll. I appreciate your video here and I will subscribe
and view more of your videos.

I will also post updates on my vocal progression!

    Thank you sir!

  11. that ish tickles the hell out of my lips and nose lose, but I see the point
of doing this. I will keep trying it,thanks for this.

  12. While there’s nothing wrong with trying to incorporate certain aspects of the voices of other artists you admire into your own singing style – it’s also important that you develop your own unique style.
