    despues de reirse un buen rato con ellos estaran mas relajados para empezar

    I like covering the mouth when yawning, Eric. I usually do this with open
    mouth. I think you get a better breath this way. I’ve heard all the vocal
    ideas for a long time, and usually there is something I would say ‘nah” to,
    but I find that I’m on the same page with you the whole way. (I’m a singer
    and voice teacher as well.)

    OMGoodness I did the exercises just once and as u said after I sang a song
    I always sing and I notice the difference from the jump. I can only imagine
    if I did this everyday. mind you my rolls were far from perfect. thank u
    I’ll be doing this exercises daily I don’t care if my cat looking at me
    like I’m crazy and tries to bite me again lol
