Are daily scales the only tried and true way to master head voice and high notes?
I Have such a problem with falling into falsetto.
I mean I have a powerful falsetto but my dream is to
sing those high songs like Morten Harket of a-ha.
For example I can sing the high note in ‘take on me,’ but only with falsetto.
I just cant pull my head voice up without really straining hard, I end up failing and, I end up coughing, and being left miserably disappointed.
Tell me the truth, if I got some professional training, could I learn to sing all my falsetto notes with my real voice instead???

You still aren’t explaining how your voice is staying connected, just because you make that nay nay sound, doesnt reassure that the chords will stay connected. it just sounds like a way to disguise when you” suddenly” switch from m1 to m2, if I am wrong about that, please explain how its done in a more detailed explanation. Thanks
